Pam Howell is passionate about people knowing God more deeply, knowing themselves as His beloved, and living out who He created them to be.
Over the past 25 years she has worked with both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations using her gifts of leadership, creativity and administration. Her experience has included leading and shepherding teams of all sizes; designing training and development experiences for up to 3,000; and leading, creating and planning worship services and events for up to 25,000 people.
She served at Willow Creek Community Church in the arts ministry for almost 18 years. For 11 years she served as the Director of New Community, Willow’s midweek corporate worship service. Pam worked collaboratively with a variety of leaders and creatives in a number of areas to help Christ followers grow in their understanding of God, and follow and abide in Him.
Her passion for transformational learning has played a key role in her work at the Willow Creek Association where she served as the Director of Content and Training for the Willow Arts team. In her time there she served as a principal leader, designer and contributor to the Willow Arts Conference, The Leaders Table, The Green Room, EQ[U]IP and Cultivate – all endeavors designed to develop, inspire and encourage artists and teachers serving in the local church.
Pam and her husband Wayne have been married for 26 years. They live in Illinois with their two sons, Alex & Max. Aside from ministry, she spends her days carpooling, volunteering at school and reading during her “spare” time.
