Mike Harris

Mike Harris is a widely recognized and respected leader in the body of Christ. With over thirty years experience as a worship leader, worship arts pastor, program director, missionary, music educator, mentor, clinician, coach and consultant, Mike has served countless leaders, churches, artists and ministries by helping them develop their full potential in worship and the arts. Serving as worship arts pastor in churches of 150 to 9,000 Mike has experienced firsthand the opportunities and challenges at every phase of the journey. His deepest desire is to mentor, coach and equip a new generation of worship leaders to build strong worshiping communities where worship is a lifestyle, where God's presence is experienced and where worship, the arts and speaking converge, creating transformational ministry moments.

Mike's warm, personal and engaging communication style has also endeared him to pastors, leaders, congregations and ministry organizations around the globe. Mike literally transforms a worship service into an intimate conversation with God. He has led worship for such diverse ministries as Focus on the Family, National Day of Prayer, Compassion International, The Navigators, The Billy Graham Training Center, O.C. International, and Every Home for Christ and Youth With a Mission. Mike has also served for several years as member of the Willow Creek Association's Arts Champions (now known as "The Justice League").

As a mentor, coach, consultant and worship ministry transition specialist Mike has coached numerous churches through seasons of change in vision, strategy, style, worship leadership and pastoral leadership. During these critical and sometimes emotionally charged transitions Mike offers visionary, strategic and pastoral wisdom and insight. The results have been very successful in bringing focus, stability, direction and depth to ministries in various stages of crisis, change and transition. Through Mike's ministry, this time of transition becomes the catalyst for transformation as the Lord prepares hearts and minds for a new season of life and ministry.
