Rocky Barra

Rocky Barra grew up with a strong passion for the local church. With almost 20 years in arts leadership, he was the Creative Arts Director at Tri-City Christian Center in Metro Detroit. From 2001-2009 he served as the Lead Worship Pastor at Discovery Church, a multi-site ministry in Orlando, FL with 4000 in attendance. As Discovery grew, Rocky was a leadership catalyst in multiplying worship teams over four simultaneous venues throughout Central Florida.

As a dynamic worship leader, Rocky continues to train and mentor others around the country through spiritual discipleship, visionary leadership, and professional music coaching. He has influenced thousands of people by leading worship, writing and speaking for groups including the Willow Creek Association, Lifeworks Leadership, Worship Leader Magazine, YMCA, Campus Crusade, and other various organizations.

Rocky combines his multi-site expertise, executive recruiting training, and years of renown ministry leadership to help churches find the right worship arts leader for their community. His consulting approach will set you up for success through comprehensive ministry coaching.
