In the search area, we collaborate with churches to strategize how best to transition the church’s worship experience to new levels, and help identify Worship leader candidates and other key personnel candidates. We know from experience how critical it is to hire the right people, people whose experience, calling and style align with the church and its vision for the future.

We assess the current state of a church’s programs, philosophy and approaches through written and verbal feedback. We give specific recommendations and practical solutions. We design a pathway for progress with specific milestones that make sense for you and your organization. And, when desired, we provide practical and inspirational input and counsel over the course of 3-6 months or even longer.
