Issues that have prompted churches to want to work with us recently involve:
  • A church needs help identifying potential worship leader or worship pastor or worship staff candidates.

  • Resources have been committed to hire a new pastor or leader in Worship or another key area, and the church wants help drafting a profile of attributes and skill sets to attract the best possible candidates.

  • A church is getting ready to expand its campus and needs help developing a strategic communications and fundraising plan, including campaign theme, campaign messaging and campaign identity.

  • There’s a concern on the part of the Senior Pastor or Lead Pastor to make sure weekend worship services and the church’s programs are being effectively communicated to the community and congregation.

  • There’s a desire on the part of senior leadership for coaching for individual members of the Worship, Arts or Communications teams – sometimes for a specific challenge they’re facing, other times for an ongoing mentoring and professional/spiritual development relationship.

  • There’s been a change in leadership and management in the Worship, Arts or Communications area and senior leadership wants help managing that transition as best as possible.

  • A church wants an honest, unbiased, skilled assessment of how culturally relevant and effective they are in language, music and style.
