Dave Morgan is known throughout the Pacific Northwest as a worship pastor, mentor, and conference speaker. For over two decades he led the worship ministry of Overlake Christian Church in Redmond, WA. where over 6000 people gathered weekly for worship. He is currently the Worship Pastor of Canyon Hills Community Church in Bothell, WA. where more than 200 people are involved in the worship ministry of the church. He has also led worship for numerous events around the country including Promise Keepers, Mike Silva Evangelism, Missions Fest, Northwest Christian Education Conference, and Cannon Beach Conference Center.

Dave is not only known for his role as the worship pastor of one of the Northwest’s most influential churches, but also for his ability to unite the greater worship community through regional worship gatherings. Thousands have gathered as more than 20 local churches have come together for evenings of worship and praise. These evenings have fueled a passion in Dave to see the body of Christ come together in one place at one time to offer God a unified gift of worship.

Another passion of Dave’s is to mentor other worship leaders in the community. One way he works to fulfill this dream is his organization of regular gatherings for connecting and fellowship of area worship leaders. These quarterly gatherings offer a safe place for encouragement and prayer for those on the front lines of worship leading in the greater Seattle area.
